"THE DIVERTER" Victory Visions are known to run a little warm. With THE DIVERTER you are able to wear shorts when you ride your Victory Vision. The hot air flow that comes off the oil cooler is diverted underneath the bike, allowing cool air to flow around the motor of the bike. This dissipates the heat tremendously. Check out our video and see for yourself.
The Victory logo is property of Victory Motorcycles and is used solely to identify the models that parts are made for.
About Us
In December of 2007, Mike Saenz began working at a local Victory Motorcycle dealer. He was intrigued with the Victory Vision. The smooth lines and sleek styling caught his eye. With some great advice from world renowned bike builder Arlen Ness, Mike began his journey to customize a bike that was to be considered "outside the box". As the build began, Mike found that not a lot of parts are available for the Vision.
This was the start of Heavy Metal Designz. Here at HMD we strive to offer quality parts for a bike that is above and beyond the rest. HMD can build your custom from the ground up, in house or assist you with parts so you can build your own design.
Mike has been fabricating and building since his first car in 1980. Nothing could ever be left stock. He cut his teeth building old school hot rods, and soon moved into the truck scene in the early 90's. In the late 90's Mike moved into the bike world where he has always had a passion fo motorcycles, creating unique and innovative designz along the way.
